We've decided

Well, finally the decision is made - we are buying the apartment in the plan - settles on March 30 and we can now arrange the removalists for Monday April 2.  Our container was emptied and put into storage last Monday, so there's a bit of double handling, but it's insured PLUS it had been in the container for three months and it is better to have it out in normal conditions.

More to follow, but it is sort of exciting except it has taken so very long to get to this point I'm just a trifle bit over it all, but I'll get excited again after we've seen the property again, probably on Saturday.

This apartment is the red one on the left of the three in the building picture.  It is half a floor off the ground level (BG) so easy access.  It has a double car space in the basement car park one above the other.  The top car park is actually an elevator.  There is of course an elevator, but it will be nice just to use stairs unless you have something quite heavy to carry.  Quite love the idea of all on one level.  The apartment overlooks several football fields, and adjacent is a major tennis complex.  Five minutes by bike to the beach, 15 minutes by tram or bus to the Centrum.  Very happy indeed!
